We're a close-knit team of around 30 colleagues. We love coming to the office for team sessions, knowledge sharing, and a well-prepared lunch - and we wrap up the week with Friday afternoon drinks.

Marketing Automation Specialist at 100procent

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll take on a versatile and impactful role.

What will you do?

• Set up and execute campaigns for various clients, ensuring smooth and successful delivery of all planned activities.
• Optimise campaigns using data analysis, applying improvements to enhance performance.
• Maintain client relationships and work toward shared goals, actively advising and supporting clients.
• Contribute creatively to strategies and campaigns, bringing innovative ideas to surprise and engage clients.
• Manage timelines and deadlines, ensuring project goals are achieved on time and with high quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve joint campaigns and brainstorm new concepts.
• Provide reporting and feedback to clients on campaign progress and results.

What we look for in a colleague

• At least four years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Bloomreach, Adobe Digital, BlueConic, or similar tools.
• A customer-centric mindset and the drive to deliver outstanding results.
• Independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A combination of data-driven insight and creativity to develop high-performing campaigns and content.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Proactive, self-starting, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A motivation to keep learning and to help yourself - and your colleagues - grow.
• Experience with design and/or knowledge of HTML is a welcome plus.
