N-Sea is seeking a Purchase Administrator to help shape and maintain our parts administration as part of our evolving procurement function.

Following the implementation of a new ERP system, we are building a comprehensive parts catalogue to support the entire N-Sea organisation. We are looking for someone who is eager to take ownership of this process, someone who enjoys structure, thrives on accuracy, and wants to make a lasting impact.

You will also be responsible for other administrative tasks, like ensuring are issued efficiently and deliveries are timely. You'll play a key role in maintaining audit-ready procurement records, upholding our high standards, and contributing to our operational success.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute parts administration.

• Maintain accurate and current data in digital systems.

• Undertake relevant administrative duties in relation to the purchase process.

• Contact suppliers for quotations and delivery information and make sure that we get good price/quality.

• Ensure delivery deadlines are met.

• Actively promoting the procurement process and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high attention to detail.

• Common sense

• Experience in cataloguing or parts database management is a pre.

• A procurement or supply chain background is a pre.

• Relevant working experience in the maritime or subsea industry is a pre.

• Fluent in English in both speech and writing.

• Commercial awareness.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
