Wat je gaat doen
As an administrative support professional, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the procurement department in a high-tech international company based in Nijmegen. Your role involves ensuring accuracy in order processing and supporting various administrative tasks. This temporary position offers an opportunity to apply your organizational skills and attention to detail while working in a collaborative and informal team environment.
What You Will Do:
- Orders: inbook and verify orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Support: assist with diverse administrative tasks within the procurement department.
- Order processing: handle and follow up on orders in the system to ensure timely execution.
- Communication: collaborate with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Project support: contribute to a temporary project running until May, with a possibility of a short extension.
