We don't know who you are yet. But we do know that you think in solutions and possibilities, with a sharp eye for detail. You'll be responsible for innovation, development, procurement, and monitoring of our digital processes. You can do this because you keep an overview of timelines and costs while always safeguarding quality. Working with our software and hardware partners, you ensure that technology fits seamlessly into the overall concept.

> Develop and optimize digital systems for our retail concepts.

> Analyze defects at the component level and provide effective solutions.

> Procure the right hardware components, with attention to quality, lead times, and budget.

> Coordinate with software partners to ensure system integration with interfaces and data.

> Monitor the progress of your projects in terms of content, finances, and planning.

> Build testing environments to efficiently validate systems before delivery.

> Contribute ideas for technical and process improvements.

What do you bring?

> A Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Electronics, ICT, or Embedded Systems.

> Experience working with electronics at the component level.

> A sharp technical mind and a structured way of working: you're detail-oriented and keep an overview.

> Strong communication skills, including with external partners.

> Practical knowledge of embedded hardware is a plus.

> Experience with project-based work, procurement, and cost control.
