We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who wants to grow with us into the future.

Together with your team, you excel in customer focus. You think from the guest's perspective in everything you do. You are the face and point of contact for the restaurant and its employees. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive on achieving goals. You are open to others, a connector, and work to build strong relationships with employees.

You and your team of managers are responsible for approximately 100 employees. You have an eye for talent development and place the right employee in the right position. You coach your managers and employees on their next steps. You create a positive and safe work environment where McDonald's standards and values are paramount. Motivating and inspiring others is also part of this. This way, you build mutual trust and ensure the best results. You see changing circumstances and innovations as opportunities. A balanced administration and a perfectly managed and maintained restaurant are, of course, essential.

As Restaurant Manager, you are the franchisee's right-hand man and therefore bear ultimate responsibility for achieving the operational and financial goals of your branch. Based on these operational and financial goals, along with your own vision and entrepreneurial spirit, you develop the annual plan. You share this with your employees and translate it into concrete objectives. Thanks to your guidance, analyses, and ability to make adjustments, you ensure these objectives are truly achieved.

Job requirements:

• Higher professional education (HBO) level.
• Guest orientation is in your blood.
• You have demonstrable management experience. You are therefore able to work results-oriented and ensure that everything runs according to your wishes and expectations.
• You are able to understand complex processes and translate them to the workplace. You are capable of conducting analyses and developing short-term and long-term visions based on these analyses.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are bursting with energy. You don't have a 9:00-to-5:00 mentality. You are constantly looking for ways to improve and do things even better

What's on your menu?

You have a vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level and some management experience. Do you have previous work experience in hospitality or retail? That's a plus! But what really matters is your drive to grow and to inspire others. You always think from the guest's perspective and know how to inspire a team. You're entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and enjoy clear goals. You enjoy collaborating, connecting people, and building a strong team. At the same time, you're not afraid to be critical, making choices and decisions based on data and insights.
