The warehouse team plays a crucial role in this process — without their dedication, the entire supply chain would come to a halt.

As a Team Coordinator, you directly contribute to keeping the Dutch hospitality industry running smoothly. Are you a natural leader who enjoys being hands-on while keeping a clear overview? As a Team Coordinator in our warehouse, you play a key role in the success of our logistics operation. You make sure everything runs smoothly — the team works efficiently together, products are stored in the right place, and orders are delivered on time and without errors. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, and with your positive energy and involvement, you inspire others to bring out their best.

You’re the go-to person on the warehouse floor, effortlessly switching between organizing, monitoring, and supporting your colleagues. New team members feel immediately at home under your guidance, and your sharp eye for detail ensures that mistakes are spotted and solved early. You value structure but can also adapt quickly when the situation calls for it. Together with your team, you make sure every shift feels like a shared achievement.

We work in a rotating two-shift schedule, from Monday to Sunday. One week you’ll work from 17:00 to 01:00, and the next week from 22:00 to 06:00. Schedules are, of course, arranged in consultation with you.

• Proficient in Dutch or English;
• In possession of valid First Aid (BHV), aerial work platform, and reach truck certificates, or willing to obtain them.
