Event Production Internship

Are festivals your passion, and would you love to learn from and work alongside a team of enthusiastic professionals in the events industry? Then you're looking for a production internship, and we might have the perfect opportunity for you. From February to June 2026, you can join our team and help shape an unforgettable festival season.

Who are we?

First Vision is an event organization focused on public events in the southern Netherlands. Our office is located at the Aquabest recreational area in Best, where our young and informal team works on some of the most exciting festival concepts in the industry. You may know us from events such as Lakedance , New Years EHVE , Levenslied Eindhoven , Brabants Verbond , Bavaria Bierhal , Tijdmachine and Royal Dutch . From February to June 2026, we are searching for an eager, independent and enthusiastic production intern to help us conquer the festival summer together.

You as an intern

As a production intern, you will support our project manager and producers in the organization of our events. You'll assist in the preparations, be present during the event and help with the wrap up afterwards. Your tasks may include preparing signing and ticketing, creating production schedules, handling questions from our fanbase, acting as a troubleshooter during the festival and maintaining contact with suppliers. In short, you will become the intern we will talk about proudly for years to come.

• A third or fourth year student enrolled in a relevant HBO level event management program

• Available from February to June 2026

• Creative and flexible, confident in taking initiative

• A strong affinity with music, festivals and nightlife

• Excellent communication skills

• Solution oriented and hands on

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• Willing to work multiple weekends during the internship period at our events

• In possession of a driver's license (having your own car is a plus, as our location is difficult to reach by public transport)

• A hands on, all round internship at the headquarters of the most fun event organization in Brabant
