Do you really want to make a difference in healthcare and work in a close and warm team? Telezorg expands and is looking for a dedicated Assistant Office Managerwho together with us form the heart of the organization.
At , we put the patient and our colleagues first. We are the specialist in cardiovascular diagnostics in primary care and work closely with family medicine practices.
The team consists of approximately 20 enthusiastic and driven colleagues who go to great lengths every day to provide the best possible care to patients of our affiliated general practices.
Together with two very experienced colleagues within the office team, you will be the main point of contact for our organization and together you will ensure that everything runs smoothly: from customer contact over the phone, preparing our home diagnostics for patients to administrative support.
What do you bring?
- You are caring, independent and think in solutions.
- You radiate positive energy and know how to convey this to others.
- You have an affinity for digital systems (such as MS Office 365) and pick up new software quickly.
- Whether you are an experienced professional or an enthusiastic starter; we make the role fit for you.
- You communicate clearly and kindly, including on the phone.
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level, and speak/write good Dutch and English.
- You love to work together and have a sense of humor.
