As Assistant Manager, you play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences while supporting day-to-day operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Supporting the management in daily operational tasks - Managing and motivating the team to provide the highest quality of service - Contributing to a positive working environment and promoting team spirit - Assisting in planning staff schedules and managing staffing levels - Monitoring compliance with company regulations and hygiene standards - Actively contributing to achieving sales and profit targets - Promoting customer satisfaction and handling complaints adequately - Supporting with administrative tasks and reporting to management

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience - English required, Dutch preferable - Team player with leadership skills and service-minded attitude
