Leading the Workplace as a Restaurant Manager

As Restaurant Manager at McDonald's, you are the beating heart of the restaurant. You ensure that everything runs smoothly - from a perfect guest experience to strong operational results. Together with your team, you will surprise our guests time and again with delicious products, fast service, and a warm smile. You are visible on the floor, motivating, organizing, and analyzing. What's on your menu?

You have a vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level and some management experience. Do you have previous work experience in hospitality or retail? That's a plus! But what really matters is your drive to grow and to inspire others. You always think from the guest's perspective and know how to inspire a team. You're entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and enjoy clear goals. You enjoy collaborating, connecting people, and building a strong team. At the same time, you're not afraid to be critical, making choices and decisions based on data and insights.
