Tasks:

1. Your job as an IT support intern is to provide technical assistance to employees across all

departments by being the first point of contact for any software, hardware, and network

2. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

3. You will be responsible for setting up laptops for the employees and configuring new

hardware, software, operating systems, and network components.

4. You will be responsible for assisting with the IT aspects of onboarding new employees and

the technical requirements for those leaving the company.

5. You will also be responsible for other offboarding tasks like equipment return, account

Requirements:

1. You are a bachelor or masters student in computer science, information technology, or a

related field.

2. Must have expertise in services (like nginx), linux, ansible.

3. Expertise in Mongodb, mysql, Arangodb, Python, nodejs, javascript, typescript, php, linux,

4. You describe yourself as positive, proactive, assertive and you are a teamplayer5

. You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks

and deliver results6

. Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing

business and work environment and manage multiple priorities7

. Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.

8. Problem solver with strong project management skills, organisational and interpersonal

skills.
