Function

| TBI is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Team Leader for its Business Support unit in Kolham. You will lead the HR team in Kolham and be responsible for implementing the strategic HR policy, team development, and organization-wide collaboration.

What is expected of you?

The Business Support unit comprises the ICT, HR, Business Improvement, Controlling, Finance & Administration, and Purchasing departments. They support the organization in various areas. The HR department focuses on improving the organization and its employees in line with the corporate strategy. The department provides policy and process support to the entire organization based on our HR policy, laws, regulations, and guidelines, enabling to manage its organization effectively and efficiently and optimize its results.

Experience

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of personnel and organization;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience in a similar managerial position;
• Independent, accurate, proactive, results-oriented, honest, strong communication skills and a good team player;
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the field of employment law;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
