Wat je gaat doen

In this role, you will manage your own customer portfolio and act as a key link between customers and several internal departments, including production, logistics, supply chain and finance.

Your contribution ensures smooth processes, satisfied clients, and accurate administrative follow-up. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing the Order-to-Cash process
• Maintaining a helicopter view of the full supply chain
• Anticipating issues and proactively coordinating solutions with other teams
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high satisfaction
• Recording customer issues and performing root cause analysis
• Handling financial disputes and processing credit notes when required
• Ensuring accurate order processing, including month-end closing
• Updating and improving internal procedures

Wat we je bieden

• Monthly salary: €3.445 – €4.137 depending on experience
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus
• A 32–40 hour contract for 8 months with the possibility of extension based on performance
• Initial period fully on-site for training, followed by hybrid working after a set onboarding period

Functie-eisen

• Customer Service and Order-to-Cash experience in a B2B logistics or supply chain operation setting
• Excellent command of English and Italian language (minimum C1 level)
• Availability January–August 2025, 32–40 hours per week
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain overview
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong communication skills and professional behavior
