What your duties will include:

• Serve as the main liaison for key dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
• Develop customized business strategies to maximize sales potential
• Provide ongoing support, training, and market insights to help dealers achieve their sales targets
• Drive the performance of the dealer network to protect and grow revenue
• Identify new sales opportunities within the existing dealer network and potential new partnerships
• Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance, implementing action plans when necessary
• Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Assist in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored for the local market

What sets you apart:

• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Multiple years' work experience in selling products in a business-to-business environment, ideally in the dental market
• Strong results orientation
• Experience in working in an international environment
• High customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building ability
• Excellent proficiency in English & Dutch - both spoken and written
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis
• Valid driver's license
