Are you at your best in the kitchen and ready for a permanent job with freedom and responsibility? Then this is your place behind the stove.

As an independently working cook, you are responsible for preparing and plating dishes and components of dishes. You work under the supervision of the head chef or the owner, but you are also able to keep the kitchen running independently.

You monitor taste, quality, and presentation and make adjustments when needed. You also keep stock levels up to date, order ingredients, and check deliveries. Hygiene and safety are high on your priority list, as is maintaining a clean workspace.

You contribute ideas for the menu and work closely with colleagues to deliver great dishes every day.

• Demonstrable experience as a cook (in Asian cuisines) is a plus, but not required;
• MBO level 3 working and thinking level;
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
