For our kitchen in Roermond, we are looking for a Chef de Partie who stands for quality, takes responsibility and helps keep the fire burning in the kitchen.

THIS IS YOUR PLACE

As a Chef de Partie, you are a key force in the kitchen. You are responsible for your own section, safeguard flavour, presentation and pace, and make sure everything is ready before the first ticket comes in.

During service you are sharp, focused and in control. You keep overview, switch quickly and bring calm, especially when it gets busy. Together with the Head Chef and your colleagues, you ensure that every service runs tight, energetic and well organised.

You guide colleagues, share knowledge and help build a team that strengthens each other. You think ahead, contribute ideas and help raise the kitchen to the next level every day.

THIS IS YOU

You have experience in a professional hospitality kitchen and feel at home in an environment where pace and quality go hand in hand. You work accurately, stay sharp under pressure and understand that a strong service is always a team effort.

Hygiene, structure and safety are not rules to you, but a natural part of your craft.

WHAT YOU BRING

A completed culinary education at mbo level 3 or 4, or proven relevant work experience. You have worked in kitchens where volume, speed and quality come together and you apply HACCP on a daily basis without thinking twice.

WHAT WE OFFER

A full-time position of 38 hours per week in a kitchen where ambition is tangible. You work within The Big Family Group, a growing organisation where your craftsmanship is taken seriously. No standard days, but energy, challenge and a team you can rely on. Employment conditions are in accordance with the Dutch Hospitality CAO.

POSITION LEVEL AND SALARY

CAO reference position Chef de Partie, job group 5. Salary indication between €2,580 and €2,800 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
