Your role
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (Spare Parts). Is service your top priority and do you get energy from quickly and professionally handling spare parts requests for our global customers? For over 75 years, Moba has been creating total solutions for sorting, packaging, and processing eggs that are sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing over 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.
The spare parts department consists of six colleagues. As coordinator, you will handle all requests for spare parts in your region. These requests may come directly from a customer, but also from our service or sales departments and technicians on site. You will respond proactively to each request and take control of the entire process. You are aware of the current prices and stock of the parts and you know how the order will reach its destination. You liaise with various departments and ensure that the customer is helped to their satisfaction.
You will also handle questions and complaints, keep all systems up to date, and contribute ideas on how we can serve our customers even better. In addition, you will work on optimizing (logistical) processes and contribute to the further development of the department. In summary, this is a versatile position in which you will be given a lot of responsibility and freedom. You will be the point of contact within Moba for spare parts in your region.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Act as a sparring partner/advisor for customers and identify commercial opportunities.
• Receive, process, and coordinate all incoming requests for shipping and sales of spare parts;
• Informing customers about order status and all other order-related questions;
• Monitoring order processing and reporting problems, including delivery times and technical issues;
• Promoting the use of our tools (e.g., documentation, webshop, etc.) to reduce processing time and achieve a more efficient process;
• Managing the web interface (webshop).
• Monitoring and developing the logistics process;
• Ensuring the correct execution of the RMA process;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes and the department.

What we ask of you
- Vocational education/higher vocational education working and thinking level;
- Several years of work experience in a similar position, preferably within a technical (service or supply chain) environment;
- Affinity with technology and machines; you enjoy learning about our machines so that you know which part someone is referring to when the description is less than precise.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, any additional languages are an advantage;
- You have good computer skills, preferably with ERP systems;
- You know how to consult technical documentation.
